Fion an Eòrna (Wine of the Barley) is a classic Barley wine. An over night mash & unusually long boil gives it a rich depth of flavour. The exotic fruit syrup nose widens to a Damson palate & a sun dried finish which hugs and heals. Sip slowly in the sunset, counting blessings.
