A zesty sour wheat beer with a citrusy/salty kick.The German half of the Mad Yank Brewery finally got her way and asked (read: told) us to make a Gose. We happily obliged (it was that or lose our jobs).We gave it a touch of malt/biscuit character to compliment the salty aftertaste. Not just for summer, this gose goes down smooth all year round.
