This IPA was brewed to showcase the new experimental hop HBC 472, which is described as follows:Exceptionally unique, woody, herbal, and vanilla aromas, with a mix of floral and tropical fruit. Imparts an oaky/bourbon wood aged character to beer.The hop is slightly to intense to have it stand alone, as such it is supported with Citra, Mosaic, Cascade and Bitter Gold.Malt bill composed of Pearl, Pislner, Golden Promise, Wheat, and Flaked oats. English yeast.
