In 2022, we took our Jabroni Pils and inoculated it with a new strain of Brettanomyces from a favorite yeast supplier. It's been slowly fermenting and maturing ever since, going from smooth and crisp, to juicy and funky. Not for the faint of heart, the flavor is cranked up to full blast.
