We drew up the plans for a barrel aged version of our favorite S’mores beer and we are incredibly excited for its return to the Blueprint series for 2023. Barrel Aged S'mores Blueprint was aged for just over 15 months in a Taconic bourbon barrel before being conditioned on Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs, and Graham Crackers.Barrel Aged S’mores Blueprint pours pitch black with a latte colored head. Aromas of bourbon soaked chocolate covered marshmallows lead into a perfect mix of devils food cake batter, whipped marshmallow, sweet caramel nougat, and tender graham cracker. This beer is luxurious and drapes the palate before a beautiful warming barrel presence arises cutting any sweetness pulling you right into the next sip.
