The addition of oats gives this light-hued beer brewed with all-American hops a soft and supple creaminess, helping it go down smoothly with low bitterness and bold pine and citrus aromas. America’s most famous oats are Quaker, and so we named this APA after a lady called Henrietta Green who was one of the first Quaker missionaries to head out to China. Unfortunately, she fell ill and turned back, but we decided to mark her little-known sojourn anyway, because hey, we’re all about good intentions.
