By taking all the good stuff Germans do with their lagers and combining it with hop-expressive techniques from the Western US, expect an unexpected modern match made in heaven. Hoo Bangin has a traditional German malt base and cold fermentation with a double dose of new world hops - Mosaic® with selected Freestyle© NZ Cascade and Motueka.
