Wild Ale brewed with California-grown and -malted Pilsner malt, open fermented, and aged in French Oak puncheons for 18 months with both breweries’ house mixed cultures. Refermented in 750ml cork and caged bottles and conditioned for an additional 10 months. Delicate, lively, with complexities of that tart acidity, earthiness, oak, and fruit.
