Inedit was created in 2008 by Damm’s master brewers, Ferran Adrià and the team of sommeliers at elBulli.It was brewed to pair with a wide variety of culinary creations, even the most complicated citrus-based dishes or ones with bitter notes It is a unique blend of malt barley and wheat, flavoured with coriander, licorice and orange zest making it a one-of-a-kind beer.
