Ale Fermented in OakNothing Ever Begins is a blend of saison refermented on plums, pluots, and grapes.The 2024 iteration is made from open and oak fermented saison refermented on 2024 Syrah, Chardonnay, and Mourvedre from French Creek Vineyard. After aging over the following winter and spring those barrels were refermented on a blend of plums and pluots held over from the same harvest, including organic Elephant Heart plums from Filaree Fruit in Okanogan, and organic Fortune plums and Honey Punch pluots from Collins Family Orchards in Selah.This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle.Bottled 04/24/2025Conditioned with: Organic cane sugar.Cellar: Drink fresh. Best before spring 2027.
