This tiolized IPA was made with a mission to release the maximum fruit flavors from all ingredients and production processes. Tiolized yeast from White Labs was used to release these aromatic compounds from malt, hops: Mosaic Cryo, Citra Cryo, Nectaron, and Saaz, as well as from Phantasm powder obtained from Sauvignon Blanc skins from New Zealand. The result is a fruity orgasm with 6.5% alcohol.
