Jaensch - 2021 Pale Ale

We harvested hallertauer mittelfrüh from the Jaensch family garden and decided to use some of the hops in this pale ale - a dry and fruit forward pale ale, with a malt bill really heavily focused on Pilsner malt, allowing for the dry finish, and for the spice and fruits of the hops to come through.
