Lotus Fantasy

Описание

We came across a new hop variety that we have never heard about before called Lotus. The beers that we sampled using the hop were delicious so we wanted to try it for ourselves. Lotus Fantasy is a West Coast Pale Ale that was heavily dry hopped with 100% Lotus hops. Subtle tropical notes play back up singer to the bright lemon zest that dominate the flavor profile.
