A glorious sunny Sunday at the turn of spring is the perfect time to announce our new saison beer! Introducing "Träne auf Reise" (Travelling Tear), a slightly sour dry buckwheat brew named for the drop of wild Brettanomyces yeast it’s fermented with. Aged in a white wine barrel for an extra fruitiness, it's on tap from now and we hope it ushers in a new and beautiful season ?
