T:3 is our second Gose - a sour ale style originally from the German town of Goslar. In this version, we’ve added organic blueberries to compliement the lactic acid sourness, fully-ripened organic Ugandan vanilla beans for a touch of sweetness and the classic “Gose” salt addition to make the flavours pop.
