Overprivileged Almond & Coconut

This 13.9% ABV stout made with 19 pounds of coconut and 7 pounds of almonds per BBL (!) is sure to satisfy any Overprivileged sweet tooth while maintaining balance throughout!We only took the first runnings of two different mash-ins to make Overprivileged. That means we mixed 155F water with the milled grain bill, let it rest, as usual, sent it to the lauter tun to drain, then mashed in again and did the same thing instead of "sparging" or passing water through the grain beds to extract more sugar, etc.  This results in almost no astringency from the grain, which helps the thick, sweet nature of the "beer" shine. We brewed Overprivileged on 5/21/20, so it's completely aged and ready to drink. There no other adjuncts or lactose.
