Hot & Cold: Citra | Galaxy

This is the second iteration of Hot & Cold, this time with our favorite hop combo of Citra and Galaxy. This series uses only one variety in the boil (hot side) and only one variety in the dry hop (cold side). The goal is to see what contributions each variety brings to the final product. If we were to put a description on it, we would say it tastes like you mixed 75/25% pineapple/tangerine juice. Total hop usage is 5.5 lbs per bbl.
