Cherry mead with locally harvested meadowsweet.What else would suit the Nordic equivalent to wine grapes (Stevnsbær), better than the Nordic equivalent to vanilla (meadowsweet). Lending a light vanilla flavor and a creaminess to the final mead.Spontaneously fermented, made by macerating the spent cherries from "Stevnsberry Free Jazz" with cherry and plum juice, instead of adding water.
