Brewed as an amplified version of our Zenith IPA, Kenneth son of Zenith integrates Fresh Hop Chinook and Centennial from Yellingbo Hop Farm, with additions of Azacca and Simcoe over a substantial yet unadorned grist of ale, wheat and crystal malts.Citrus and pine course through the hop profile in the vein of classic west-coast style IPAs, with elements of peach and nectarine lending added dimension. The higher strength lends depth to the colour and body to the palate, while still allowing the hops to shine. Weighty bitterness counterbalances the back end for a well-rounded example of the Imperial pale ale style.
