For the second of our Overhopped IPA series we were happy to use one our favorite yet over looked hops. The fruity and citrus aspects really shine in this beer more than the complex earthy dankness Mosaic is known for. If you want the same amount of hop saturation as our DIPA but not the abv, this beer is for you.
