Past & Present: Traditional Berliner Weisse (3.6%) Tart Wheat Beer, made using 100% Floor Malted grains. 60% Bohemian Pilsner, and 40% Bohemian Wheat. Light, and refreshingly tart, with a fluffy body, and rich head due to keg conditioning.
