This hazy IPA uses trial hop 102 from the NZ Hops Bract Programme which gives notes of sweet berry fruit and citrus with a juicy profile.A monthly release celebrating what we have right here - an IPA series using exclusively New Zealand hops and malts. The Sawmill Aotearoa series. This series is about the people who bring beer to life. The farmers, the growers and the brewers.For the #29 release we collaborated with the NZ Hops Bract Brewing programme. We are pleased to announce that we have been selected as one of the NZ brewers to be involved of trialling new and in-development hop varietals.
