Our fifth experiment in the realm of golden beers echoes the previousversion, but this time, includes some light caramel malt. The same hopprofile of Golden Series #4 (Mosaic, Amarillo, Mt. Hood) plays differentlywith this new malt addition, resulting in clear aromas of citrus and stonefruit. Reminiscent of bread and biscuits, the flavor also includes many ofthe characteristics notes from the Guinness yeast, and finishes with a subtledry, tangerine character.
