A bold dry American West Coast IPA, brewed with NZ Pilsner malts and a touch of wheat. Firmly hopped in the whirlpool with resin intense NZ Chinook and Nelson Sauvin and dry hopped with an almighty charge of American classic Centennial. We’ve pushed this beer bright, bitter and crisp in the brew house to showcase one of the all time classic American hops. Dense aromas of ripe grapefruit, grungy pine, and herbaceous resin with a lively lemon and crisp clean malty finish.
