“Festum Fera” translates to Wild Festival.We proudly present Festum Fera 4, a (session 1) festival exclusive at our second time attending the amazing Wildfestival in Groningen!For this edition, we turned to one of the most intriguing fruits nature has to offer: quince. Its floral aroma, subtle tartness, and unique honey-like depth make it a perfect match for our mead.Delicate yet complex, this small-batch creation captures the essence of autumn with a wild twist, balancing bright fruit character with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
