Baby Blue Sedan

We brewed this powerhouse 7.2% ABV Hazy India Pale Ale with a hop medley that puts the beer in a category of its own. Known for its aggressive aroma properties, we started by adding a little known hop, HBC 342, so the beer would "greet" you as soon as it was cracked open. Amarillo hops burst onto your palate's scene with their supercharged lemon-citrus that we balanced out with a healthy addition of Azacca for juicy tidal waves of mango goodness..With a confident malt bill to hold it all together, this is the kind of beer that talks the talk and then walks the walk. Expect a powerful tropical nose upfront that's matched by a robust palate of grapefruit, orange, lemon, mango, papaya, and a hint of earthy lemongrass.
