DDH Weizen DIPA – 7,8% abvWe started as homebrewers and that's why teamed up with Friedie & Dave from the German homebrew Podcast ‚Just brew it‘ to brew this banger. And luckily Bindewald Malts joined in and provided us with their finest malts for this - lets call it - Triple Collab! We decided to use 50% wheat in the grist and a blend of a juicy British ale yeast and a classic German Hefeweizen yeast strain. Uniting these two worlds of a German Weizenbock and a New England DIPA, we double-dry-hopped this with a unique experimental hop combo of HBC630 and Australian Topaz.
