Welcome to our version of La-La Land! Our classic La Tache ale aged in a 3rd use Laphroig scotch whiskey cask. The fact that we’ve used the barrel previously for aging beer brought the smoke character down to a reasonable level for marrying with our delicate, light-bodied La Tache. This beer was inspired by the Schlenkerla Helles from Bamberg, Germany.
