ALBERT’S BINO# 20 - SCREEN BREAKDry Hopped American Wild AleWhen John Wei came over in May, two old men in beer was slammed with computer work, so they made a collaborative attempt to brew something wild so we’d feel young again. We kettle soured golden ale base packed with oats and wheats and fermented it with a blend with an American farmhouse ale strain to squeeze out as much stone fruit like esters as possible while getting a little bit of funk for balance. It matured in stainless steel for 3 months and we dry hopped it with Idaho 7, El Dorado, Loral, and Citra to give it an extra fruity kick.
