Taking a look at our favourite classic cocktail the old fashioned and wondering what if this was a beer? Using orange zest, cherry puree, choice malts, a mix of spices and Abbey yeast we’ve done our best to mimic the flavours of the drink, but as if it was made in a Belgian Monastery. Expect yeast driven notes of clove and all spice backed up by a hint of cinnamon and cherry along with a bready, caramel forward body.
