Fleutjepiepen is a spontaneously fermented unblended Beer. Chilled in a koelship overnite, fermented for a Year (Partially on muskateller barrel chunks). Due to a lack of funk after six months we spiked the fermenting beer with some Tilquin OG bottle dregs. Ingredients: Pilsner Malt, Unmalted Wheat and aged Sylva hops.
