Our berry Cider is made with the addition of a superfruit called Aronia Berry, often called choke berry due to the high Acid and tannin levels that make the fruit hard to swallow. Aronia berries are also famously high in antioxidants, vitamins, and phytonutrients.Earthy red berry notes, super solid acid structure backed up lingering black grape skin tannins. A very serious cider, reminiscent of a barrel fermented Pinot Noir rosé. Ideally enjoyed with good friends and a few laughs.
