We're excited about this unusual blend of cider fruit, all harvested from our neighbors! Unknown varieties of apples from trees in Spring City and near French Creek State Park, Hyslop Crab Apples from Plowville, and the star of the show, Quince (!) also from Plowville. All of the fruit was harvested and pressed in Fall, 2023, then wild fermented and aged for 18 months. The result is probably unlike just about any Cider you've had before. Funky, with a distinct Quince undertone, and an aged Apple Sauce vibe. This is a cool one!
