The flavours of the American Simcoe hop are driving this IPA that is supported by a unique malt bill. I take the Dutch courage to say the two further hops develop an aroma that reminds you of a coffee shop in Amsterdam. Lush but not overpowering with a bitterness that is never harsh but supports the all over picture of this American IPA.
