Our "Of the Vine" series of Ciders lovingly brings together the worlds of apples and grapes. For this round, we have an 8-month aged cider blend that spent half of its life resting on Pennsylvania Vidal Blanc pomace from our friends at Manatawny Creek Winery. The result is a dry and lightly tannic cider with the underlying floral and fruity notes that Vidal Blanc is well known for. Enjoy this blending and blurring of the lines between cider and wine!
