Our very first colab with Rocky Ridge. This is a modern interpretation of the Saison style. Primary fermentation is on wild yeast cultivated by the world’s rarest white cacao bean of Peru, then finished on a classic Belgian Saison strain. Wild like aromas & flavours of fruity berries linger due to the generous addition of real blackberries and delicate yeast producing black peppercorn spice
