Appearance: Slightly hazy pale straw, dense creamy foam. Intricate lacing on the glass with every sip.Aroma: Lemon peel, lemon head candy, hint of grapefruit, grass (lemongrass?), gentle cracker-like maltiness, clean fermentation character. Yeast barely present.Palate: Citrus-focused in the front with gentle bitterness on the finish. Gentle malt flavors emerge after each sip. Body: Light and creamy. Carbonation level medium. Finishes dry but not bone dry. Slightly mouth watering but leaves you in anticipation of the next sip.Overall: Chuggable, full-flavored, low alcohol, low calories and simply delicious. Holds its own against beers with higher gravity and bitterness. A very good sign indeed for a sessionable brew!
