Flip the Script

Описание

We love making sours with lots of big fruit flavor. But we also love a challenge!Flip The Script is our go at making a modern, flavor-forward kettle sour ale with NO fruit. Instead we turned to aromatics of honey, elderflower, orange blossoms, and a uniquely floral and tropical vanilla to create something completely new. This beer is inspired by a "Flip" cocktail a couple of our brewers enjoyed in Gothenburg, Sweden years ago - rich and creamy, sweet and tart, with both big and subtle flavors playing throughout.Elderflower and orange come through in the aroma, with smooth vanilla and honey flavor and a hefty dose of oats for some extra creaminess, with a tart, clean finish. We hope you enjoy this one as much as we enjoyed designing it!
