After seeing Floodland’s saison recipe, which is very different from our Saison recipe, we wanted to experiment and see what that recipe and our house culture would taste like. This single puncheon blend is super soft and while distinctly Casey, the contributions from the different recipe are very apparent. I can’t wait to see how it will age!
