Wtf?!When we brewed our R.I.B.A.C.S 2018 at Rock City we used the second runnings during filtration to make a special beer together for the ALS Body and Soul launch on Feb 9th. We didn't boil it, instead keeping it at 80C. Then it was air cooled and dry-hopped an astonishing 6 times!!All proceeds go to Stichting ALS.
