It is what it is - until it isn't. A pale ale inspired by the music we listen to while we brew. Centennial hops drive the show on this mild, restrained yet lightly citrus driven pale ale. German Pilsner malt and Munich malt make up the base malts - with our favorite English ale yeast bringing it home. Hopped in the kettle with noble German hops - then dry hopped after active fermentation with Centennial and a small dose of Idaho 7. Cheers!
