Scottish Double Oatmeal StoutBrewed with two types of oats which make up over one quarter of the malt bill for this beer. Locally sourced Gloagburn farm rolled oats grown 22 miles from the brewery, and Golden Naked Oats from Simpsons malt, which are lightly caramelised providing a nutty creamy character. The combination of these with additions of chocolate malts and roasted barley, provides a beer with a silky mouthfeel, mellow chocolate and coffee notes.
