The Ghost Sour Project is the culmination of what we've been working since 2015. The main focus is combining different fruits and using our House Sour Blend that we've been working on since 2015. Each beer takes from 6 to 18 months to be ready. In this version we went back to the begining, to zero. We blended 50% of our sour stock with 50% of a Lager base. to that we added Apricot puree.
