A double IPA fermented with Sacch. Trois yeast and hopped with an absurd amount of Cascade, Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe. Big notes of orange, grapefruit, and pine with a touch of fruity esters from the yeast. A tribute to our favourite - sometimes overlooked - classic hops.
