A classy little pub ale brewed with British Maris Otter, crystal malt, and some Deer Creek smoked spelt. Hopped with East Kent Goldings, and Hersbrucker. Fermented with our favorite fluffy top cropping yeast.Notes of early fall camping trips, orange marmalade, mellow toffee candies, dried apricots, toasted marshmallow, and some dry dandelion tea.
