Ever since I first met Kerryn during his time at Nordic Kiwi Brewers, I’ve had the utmost respect for what they’ve been creating. Over the years, their journey has evolved and eventually found its home at Ekerö Brygghus. In recent years, their beers have only continued to improve — especially their consistently excellent IPAs.Together, we wanted to build on their New Zealand roots, so we selected some of our favorite hops from our friends at Freestyle Hops.The result is a soft, pillowy beer, layered with NZ Cascade, Nectaron, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin — finished with a fragrant dose of Riwaka Hop Kief.
