Selective Perception is a dry-hopped Saison featuring Hallertau Blanc and Motueka hops. Brewed with a base of pale malt and wheat, and dry-hopped with the two feature hops, it carries beautiful and expressive notes of white wine, grassy citrus, and grapefruit. Bottle-conditioned, it carries a billowing white head and supple mouthfeel. It’s a special beer, indeed—Enjoy!
