Our 21st incarnation of this popular style, on this occasion we dry hopped with 100% NEW EXPERIMENTAL Hop HBC 1019 (destined to become a brewery favourite). Brewed at an approachable alcohol level, with an assertive bitterness, on a light, dry malt base, to let the hops take centre stage. We tweak the recipe each time based on customer feedback.
