It will take you back to an island holiday, sipping cocktails on the beach.The star of the show, the watermelon, was added in at a whopping 360g per litre! With massive amount of sweetness and freshness from the red watermelon pulp which complements the sour malt base. Our Watermelon Mai Tai also received a dash of lime juice, which perfectly counterbalances all the sweetness, then with a light dry hop of Topaz followed by a touch of Orange Blossom which lends the finishing touch to a Polynesian-inspired drink you won't soon forget.
