IPA DDH with Hydra™ and Mosaic® Cryo®Can Release 2/25 - $19/4-packWe started this IPA off with barley, wheat, and quinoa! Quinoa has loads of protein, creating a luxurious mouthfeel! We gave it a hearty dry hop with Michigan Hydra, which brings passion-fruity aromatics. We pushed that aroma even more with a unique fermentation that created bubblegum notes. To temper all of that fruit, we added some dankness with Mosaic Cryo in the second dry hop dose!
